Synopsis[]
Is the Akimatsuri festival in town, and Kyōko, Godai and the tenants will be present. Kyōko is going to play Okiku, a ghost legend character that has to be inside a well. But a trickster Yotsuya has different plans for Godai and all the other tenants. What things can happen when everyone is trapped inside a well at night?

- The character that Kyōko plays in the festival, Okiku, is the protagonist of "Banchō Sarayashiki" (The Dish Mansion at Banchō), a Japanese ghost story of a servant who dies unjustly and returns as a ghost to haunt the living.
